Apart from adopting high security measures, Mashcom employs confidentiality measures including restricting usage of data storage media like floppy disks and CDs at data collection points in the company to ensure that no information is leaked out by the employees. All the employees are required to sign a "Confidentiality Agreement" which addresses the issue of leakage of patient or any other information.
