Mashcom Online allows your doctors to dictate on any hand-held or walk-about of their choice, and then to upload the dictations via Internet. The upload procedure is very simple. After dictating the files, the user docks the equipment to his Internet-connected PC from where the files get uploaded on our system. We have special software modules to download from any device and upload them on our system automatically with one button. All the files move in a safely, encrypted mode and within 5 minutes of upload, online status of the dictations can be tracked as they are distributed to the assigned MT's. There are no long-distance telephone charges and the dictator has full control over the dictation and the ability to customize the dictation to his needs.
